Textile Tuesday # 5 - Lucky / Glücklich.

Ich habe in den vergangenen Tagen oft an dieses Thema denken müssen und bin zu dem Entschluss gekommen, dass dieses "Gefühl" etwas leichtes, schwebendes nicht Greifbares ist und das habe ich versucht in meiner Arbeit umzusetzen.
Probably! I had to think during the past days often of this subject and have come to the decision that this feeling is a little bit light, floating not handy and I have tried to move this in my work.

Was heißt: Glück haben?
Durch einen (glücklichen) Zufall begünstigt zu sein (englisch: luck).
Wie z.B. im Supermarkt an der "schnellsten" Kasse anstehen?
Für mich ist Glück mit einem Gefühl von Wohlbefinden verknüpft und "Glück empfinden" auch durch seine kurzen Zeitdauer (Glücksmoment, englisch: pleasure). Obwohl manche Menschen auch behaupten, es könne eine dauerhaftes Gefühl sein (im Glück leben, englisch: happiness). OK, wenn wir mit dem Leben zufrieden sind und viele Glücksmomente erleben, dann könnte das sein.
Die Psychologen definieren Glück u.a. als die Empfindung der absoluten Harmonie unseres Bewusstseins. Wir gehen in unserem augenblicklichen Tun auf, alles um uns herum einschließlich der Zeit verschwimmt und spielt keine Rolle mehr.
Medizinisch bzw. neurobiologisch betrachtet sind es die Botenstoffe Dopamin und Serotonin, die Glücksgefühle auslösen. Der menschliche Körper schüttet diese Botenstoffe in unterschiedlichen Situationen aus, z.B. beim Sport. Aber auch z.B. Schokolade führt dazu, dass auf Umwegen im Körper der Glücksbotenstoff Serotonin entsteht. Die Botenstoffe transportieren die Botschaft "Sei glücklich" per Nervenzellen zum Gehirn. Entsprechende Drogen können ebenfalls diese Botschaft transportieren, machen jedoch abhängig.
Wenn ich meine textilen Arbeiten mache, dann empfinde ich zeitweise diese Harmonie und alles um mich herum wird unwichtig, bin ich dann glücklich?

What is called: Luck have?

For me luck is a feeling tied together with by well-being and "luck feel" also by his short duration (luck moment: pleasure).
Although some people say, it can be a lasting feeling (in the luck live: happiness).
OK if we are contented with the life and experience many luck moments, this could be.
The psychologists define luck among other things as the sensation of the absolute harmony of our consciousness. We rise in our instantaneous activities, everything round us including the time becomes blurred and plays no more role.
Medically or neuro-biologically are looked it the messenger's materials Dopamin and Serotonin which release feelings of happiness. The human body tips out these messenger's materials in different situations, e.g., with the sport. But also, e.g., chocolate leads to the fact that on detours in the body the bearer's of good things material Serotonin originates. The messenger's materials transport the message " Are happily " by nerve cells to the brain. Suitable drugs can likewise transport this message, nevertheless, do dependent.
If I do my textil Art, I feel from time to time this harmony and everything round myself becomes insignificant, do I be happy then?
